Build fee payable as a 50% deposit on approval of your design concept, with the balance due at launch. Monthly plans carry an initial two-month term, then continue month to month. Your domain is registered in your name. E-commerce is quoted separately.

Is the design concept genuinely complimentary?

Yes. Your bespoke design concept and quotation are provided at no cost and carry no obligation. Should you wish to proceed, we bring it to life. Should you not, you owe nothing.

To what extent can the design be customised?

Entirely. Colours, typography, layout, copy, imagery and functionality are shaped around your business, and refined in collaboration with you until every detail is right.

Why both a build fee and a monthly plan?

The build fee covers the design and development of your website, so it is paid only once. The monthly plan keeps your site hosted, secure, backed up and current, with updates handled on request, so it never falls out of date.

Who owns the domain?

You do. Your domain is registered in your business's name and remains yours, irrespective of any future change in provider.

What are the cancellation terms?

Following the initial two-month term, you may cancel your monthly plan at any time with 30 days' notice. Your domain remains yours, and a copy of your website is provided on request.
